Your piece will be counted under a limited warranty for a period of your day or your order date to the next 1 year.

If you face 2 types of problems on your item after receiving the order, then you'll avail yourself this warranty-

- Damaged image/ scratched on the image.
If you face any of these problems even after maintaining our jewelry care guide, Then we’re liable to give you the new one.
What are the plan limitations and exclusions?
The Lifetime warranty Protection plan does not cover:

Process of Your Warranty Claim
We always need to verify proof of your defect. So, you've to show us your purchase receipt

Send a Clear video of your defective product. If the Q.C. (Quality Control) team is satisfied that the warranty claim is valid, we will arrange for the repair or replacement of it.
When you're eligible to get this warranty, Firstly you have to send it to our warehouse with your return cost and we will resend it free of cost.
We will advise you of your repair options (if any) and the charge in the event that your warranty claim is not accepted by Engraved giftsly.
