What does the Lifetime Warranty cover?
The warranty covers manufacturing defects and is valid for a lifetime from the original date of purchase, according to our policy terms and conditions.
What is the Limited-Time Warranty?
Enjoy peace of mind with our Limited-Time Warranty, covering your non-engraved items for 1 year against manufacturing defects. This warranty ensures that your purchase is protected, allowing you to shop with confidence
Am I eligible for the Limited-Time Warranty?
Yes, if your jewelry experiences color tarnishing or image damage within a year, you are eligible for our 1-year warranty. This warranty includes replacement, even if you’ve followed the care guide.
What is not covered by the Lifetime Warranty?
The Lifetime Warranty Protection Plan does not cover:
- Negligence
- Accidents
- Robbery
- Burglary
- Vandalism
- Fire
- Flood
- Other acts of God
- Items not in the purchaser's possession
- Modifications (e.g., stabilizing, beads, spring shanks, arthritic shanks)
How do I make a warranty claim?
- Proof of Purchase: Send a clear copy of your purchase receipt as proof of authenticity.
- Submit a Claim: Email support@engravedgiftsly.com with a clear video of the defective product.
- Review: Our Quality Control (Q.C.) team will review the claim. If valid, we will arrange for repair or replacement.
What are the return and replacement options?
- Return Shipping: If eligible, send the item to our warehouse with return shipping costs. We will resend a new item free of charge.
- Keep the Item: Alternatively, keep the item and pay a $15 shipping and handling fee to receive a replacement free of charge.
What if my warranty claim is not accepted?
If your claim is not accepted, we will inform you of available repair options and any associated charges.
